Please Note: Items purchased at easyspirit.com can not be returned to, or exchanged at Easy Spirit Outlet stores or department stores.
STEP 1
Complete the return information on the invoice that came with your package. If you do not have your packing slip, please contact us at (888) 327-9772, and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining one. Without the packing slip, you will receive a merchandise certificate for the current value of the merchandise.
STEP 2
Place the item(s) you would like to return in their original shipping box and packaging with completed invoice.
STEP 3
Affix your pre-paid FedEx shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
STEP 4
Take the package to your nearest mail dropoff.
