not as good as they used to be
After not having purchased Romy shoes for apx. 10 years, I was very excited to finally be getting another pair, after years ago having literally worn a hole into the sole of my original pair - I loved them so much! To my dismay, the replacements weren't nearly as comfortable, same comfort level as cheaper shoes avail elsewhere, although when I put in an extra insole for padding, comfort did improve greatly, so I did keep these, returned the Punter shoes though.

Excellent pair of shoes!!!!!
I have worn EasySpirit tennis shoes for the last ten+ years and have been extremely satisfied with their performance, comfort and overall appearance! I recently ordered three more pairs, so I can change as soon as one pair is showing wear! They are attractive and go with all my jeans and shorts, etc I love walking in them when we travel. The comfort is amazing! Wearing EasySpirit shoes makes walking a pleasure!

Don't ever retire this style!
I have bought many shoes in my life, but this is the only style I have found that fits my foot, is comfortable, lasts well and doesn't break the bank that I have found. I am on my third pair now and hope to be able to buy this style for many more years.
