A bit too narrow- exchanged for one side smaller and wide
I ordered a 6.5 M online thinking it will fit me, since my feet are kind of narrow. When I received it, it was very tight on me. Specifically the toes are a bit squished and top of the shoe (where the buckle is) is pressing down on my foot's skin. I went to the store and exchanged for a 6 W. It is a bit loose, but better than 6.5 M.

Too tight - and exchanging was impoossible
I wear a wide shoe. In some shoes, I can wesr a normal medium width. These shoes I ordered in a W width as I knew I would be standing a lot in them.
They were too tight. Cute, but too tight.
I wanted to exchange them for a wider pair.
A pair I could try on. The website lists a store near me, and I drove there. It was closed down. The website was wrong. That made me mad.
Then I call a store 30 miles away. Their phone just rang and rang. So I didnt risk going. (I have a busy job and cant simply go off on wild goose chases.
So now I have a pair of shoes that are too tight, and no recourse.

not a good fit
I have several pair of your shoes and boots which fit well. These shoes are tight and uncomfortable. I was very surprised
