the last of the shoe is totally different from the usual Easy Spirit last. My usual size 7W almost fitted my husband, who is a men's 8w, i.e. it was almost a 10 in women. It had to go back.

Cute shoe but a little stiff
I really like the look of this flat, perfect to go with all the other leopard stuff I have. It's a little stiff and I'm either an 8 1/ 2 or a 9, it depends. I usually do not order shoes online because of that. I had previously bought a 9M travel "mule" style from ES and that fit fine although it was because it didn't have a back on it. I think these will fit better when I put a little gel pad on the heel.

Very comfortable shoe; runs a little large
These shoes are meant for wearing indoors, not on the street. The velvet could be easily scuffed outdoors. They are very cute and comfortable. However, they run about a half size larger than a normal size 8 and are a little wide, which is why I did not rate the shoe 5 stars.
